By downloading, installing, or using Vexidi ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Vexidi is a mobile mini-game hub that provides a collection of casual games for entertainment purposes. The app is free to use and supported by advertisements. Optional in-app purchases are available.

User Conduct

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or tamper with the app or its services
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

In-App Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play. All purchases are processed by Google and subject to Google Play's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Google Play support.

You can restore previous purchases at any time through the app's energy menu.

Advertisements

The app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is managed by Google and subject to Google's advertising policies. You can manage your ad preferences through the app's settings.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and assets in Vexidi are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Termination
